Day 2

It started out fine, I decided not to eat at my normal breakfast place and will eat a bowl of cereal. I know if I get a taste of that delicious grease and fat, I will break down. My life is not worth Fat, Cholesterol, and Starch. I feel like Dr. Ian, know I just need to get a body like his. I'm thinking about using Alli, but possible oily discharge doesn't sound like something I want right now.
