Training tip#104

When it comes to weightlifting you have to choose between Bulk or Lean. Many people believe to get Bulk you must start your reps with a light weight and work your way up in reps with a heavier weight. That's good for Lean Muscle, but for Bulk you must do different. Start with the heaviest weight you can handle with low reps 5-10, and then increase reps with a lighter weight. Studies have shown that you will use the exact same amount of muscle tissue as if you are still lifting with the heavier weight. example 6 reps 180lbs.
15 reps 120lbs. 2x
